  All the times I've ordered the food has been good/decent. However, if you have to order delivery and get the lady to take your order(sigh) get ready to talk fast. Because if you don't she tries to rush you off the phone. Good luck getting a total because she never tells you. And if you don't mention quickly that you're paying with a card she'll assume you're paying cash and will try to quickly hang up the phone. Now..if you get the gentleman to take your order he is more calm and patient. But 9/10 you'll get the lady. Still w all that said its my go to place.

  Horrible services, dont ever order food from this place; no type of customer service, very unprofessional. I would give it zero stars if I had the option.

  Never had any issues. Food is always great. The lady that answers the phone is always nice. Won't eat any other Chinese take out in Stratford. This is by far the best in Stratford.
